why you may ask? Because I love this girl right here. She's my Best friend/wifey. She is always there for me when I need her and listens to me rant about my mom when nothings really wrong,my pointless mind throwups,my lyrical spitting of songs I don't own or didn't write. Through tears,oy I know I probably scared her I'm sorry,but she was there. She made me feel better and she always and usually does. I couldn't possibly function throughout my days without our limited time doing absolutely nothing too fun in 3rd period. Aight yooo dude is nasty on the mic. I really am a fan. No lie,If you haven't heard him you need to. He's a local rapper down here in fl. The mixtapes I've heard so far include: Glorification II,Da King Of Instrumentals,Pre3:Before The trilogy and Now the latest Glorification III.

I'm not very good with words,or at least not when writing so I will do my best. With that said this is what I'm going to do. I have a lot to say about this new mixtape,So I'm going to give a rundown of all the songs I personally enjoyed. Hopefully he will read this so he knows what I think about it :D

I don't know how he does it but he kills every beat. This song held so much emotion,you could feel it,especially in the hook. This song is forever on replay on my ipod.

*5)Da Cypher:

Another song that had the old school vibe,except he had a few other dudes hop on with him. Damn,they allllll killed it. I really enjoyed this song. I will forever bump this when I'm in one of those "bop my head" moods lol

*6)Chilled out Flow:

Haha this song was OhDee good. I love how the old school kind of vibe just embeds itself in these last few songs. All very catchy,but meaningful. He had some very clever lines,some had me laughing to.


*15) Falling Down:

Wow ok honestly I had to stop this song a few times,it got that feel of just whoa,you know? It really got to me no lie. I almost cried. This song was pure emotion. Words couldn't describe how I felt after listening to this.I had to step away from everything after I heard it,I put down my ipod and walked around for a bit. You really are a great artist and to me this song solidified that position you hold as an artist to me.

*18)I just wanna be..:

This was a big song and it mashed together with another song he did. Anyway,the beginning song was ill. I liked it,it was real and I know I keep repeating it but it just is. The next is a collaboration with other artists again,ill.




Aight in all honesty I got lazy and didn't put some songs in lol. This mixtape all in all,was simply amazing. I can't really describe with words how truly amzing it was to listen to it. Either way,whether you liked the rundown or not,you should download the mixtape and listen to it.

Well Mr. Lupe. what can I say he definitely makes the list. His flow is of the intellectual sort. He does not rap necessarily about drugs,how to be a drug dealer,ho's,getting money or bitches(to my current knowledge haha). I just love listening to him. He makes the list no questions.

3) Immortal Technique





Now this artist right here,not many people know of him,or at least the people I have asked. He is what most call an underground artist. His songs are always raw,filled with 'real'. I can not really describe to you why I like his music. I just enjoy it,enough to put him on my top 5.

2) Hyro Da Hero




A texas native,known as the rock rapper. His music is amazing. His flow is on point and very interesting. Many might not know him but that's ok. You should peep him on the myspace.

Ok now before I start on why he has the top spot. Who did not see this coming? lol.





Well where to begin? Drake has got to be one of the most talented artists out. Now before you all get to happy and point your fingers and scream groupie. Nigga I was down since dude came out with music. Anywho,his flow is on point no doubt. Flow is intellectual,most people need to look up the words he spits sometimes. He keeps it 100,and is able to lyrically body(again my thoughts) anyone one a track.

A huge milestone on a long road to recovery.

Today I am wearing shoes for the first time in 3 months,maybe longer, give or take a couple of days. I can't tell you how I feel right now. I'm filled with happiness and hope. Lots of it,and thank you to everyone who has/and will be here for me in the next few weeks/months. :)

A good long week and 3 days and I have made what I would like to think is excellent progress. I have uploaded my pictures of my progress thus far :D

The other day...

I was having a talk with my cousin,you know,just reminiscing about old times and it reminded me of a time I was in New York. I was visiting my uncle in his apartment and it was late or early depending on how you look at it,it was probably 2:30 or 3:00am and my cousin and I were watching the wedding crashers. Before the movie started we both stated that we were a little hungry and decided on popcorn,the essential snack for watching movies.So we both head to the kitchen,in the dark mind you,while sirens are heard in the background. We get to the kitchen and our search for the popcorn begins. My cousin finds it and puts it in the microwave,as he does this I start walking away. Now not to put my cousin out like that but he's not to fond of being alone in the dark. So as I'm walking away my cousin goes "Don't leave me" to which I reply "I have to go to the bathroom,I'll be back I promise". So I head to the bathroom and wait,wait for him to pass by that is. The popcorn by this time is done and he's heading back towards the room,and right as he passes the bathroom,I pop out and scream BOO! My cousin who was so unaware of where I was(the lights were off)crumbles to the floor and I mean crumbles. He laid there for a few seconds and as I'm laughing my head off he says,"You could've woken my mom up". I think and know that he was just very scared and tried to play it off.

Funny?

So I was on my way to the bathroom (Dont worry I'll keep whatever is unnecessary out)and Im sitting in my wheelchair,moms in front of me with my walker and my brothers behind me holding my wheelchair steady. When I go " O MY GOD there's a roach!" My mom looks ,screams and jumps up on the ledge of the tub. My brother jumps on the back of my wheelchair. So I'm sitting there trying to keep my feet elevated while we are all screaming not knowing how to get rid of a lil roach..

What's new?

That's the question I have been getting lately. Well this past monday July 27th a day I will not forget anytime soon. I had surgery on my tendons,they had to be lengthened. I am ok but it's the pain that is driving me crazy. I can't walk around freely to do what I want when I want. It stinks to put it mildly. I need to be waited on all the time and I hate it. I just can't wait to get off these horrible casts. 6 more weeks,and so the countdown begins.

Something new......

Well that is the hope anyhow. I'm sitting here in my room just enjoying the company of my little cousin and brother,mind you they are both six years old. What could you possible be enjoying about that? Well the simple fact is children really do say the darndest things. So I'm in my room laying on my bed,jamming to celine dion(I know so hardcore O_o) when I get this brilliant idea to look under my bed. Now imagine having a decent sized bed and when you are simply "to lazy" to put things where they should go,you stuff,throw,shove,push it under your bed. Now after doing absolutely nothing for hours on end searching the abyss under my bed seemed to be quite an exciting thing to do. Pushing aside countless amounts of old school work,folders and shirts that I have been looking for,for some time now,I find a feather. To a simple teenager as myself(I tell myself this all the time) this was the most exciting thing I found all day(next to bob the bendy straw,joe the quarter and jim the broom). In my excitement I jump off my bed,run out into the living and look at my little cousin and brother screaming,"OH MY GOD!,look what I found under my bed". My little brother just sits there looking at me like I suddenly grew a purple horned head and my little cousin looks at me and in a serious tone says,"Well congratulations" and walks away. Aren't little kids such a joy to have around?

Well I must say I was going through my older posts on here and you know what I discovered? Amazingly I have improved,not by much but it's the little bit I was aiming for. Hopefully my future posts will be better. Goal=Write blog post efficiently and coherently.

In other news (aha I crack myself up) Again I'm on summer vacation. It's official Im a Junior!! Yay! The summer has been treating me kindly so far. I absolutely love it. For one I finally took my permit exam and passed. This means I'm one step closer to driving Roy(my car). Which brings me to the point I was getting to. For some odd reason I name my things that have any value that I appreciate to them. My psp,cellphone,teddy bear,ipod,laptop and now my car all have names. Are you ready? My car's whole name is Roy G Biv,I like it though I find it endearing. *sidenote* For those who don't understand/get why my car's name is roy g biv,think of the color spectrum....still don't get it? Red Orange Yellow Green Blue Indigo and Violet.

Ok so today I post for the first time in a few days. I have two little stories I want to share :D.

Well today I was helping my dad do a crossword puzzle and one of the little thingy's said "topic for freud(sp?)" I'm thinking and all of a sudden I shout "This one's sex!!"uhm..awkward much? lol

Second little story is I was having a conversation with two of my best friends and another friend. We're all in a semi circle and my bestie,I'll call her X looks at me and says, "What the f*#@,it's been six months,"and at this point she looks directly at me "Let's have sex right now,you can be on top." In all honesty I have never been asked this with so many people around. My 'witty' comeback was something to this affect, "Uhm,buh-...you...is that a good thing?"

X- "Yes,being on top is good"

Needless to say I was completely flabbergasted and she was completely serious hahaha

So yesterday my dad bought me a car. My first car ever that is,sad part now all I have to do is get my permit lmao. I'm aiming to get it hopefully sometime by the end of this week,if not the beginning of next week.

School Is officially Out For The Summer.!!!

This summer will be the summer to hopefully top last years. I'm really excited. Today we got out early,I had a ball. Even though at lunch before we got dismissed me and two of my best friends had to sort of deal with immature people, I mean really? who does that,but I'm glad me and my friends are the bigger people and didn't do anything wrong. I'm going to miss everyone won't see this summer,and those that I will. Just know that I love all you guys and that you're all the best. Have a good one.

So I already took my two ap exams,and I know for certain that I totally bombed my bio one. long story short for the essay segment I wrote stories lol. Talk about failure.
In other words, school's going better I'm not failing my classes anymore and I'm being a little more responsible. Still listening to Drake haha. Can't wait to get his album hopefully to be released later this year.

Ok My New Goal

is to try and blog at least once a week,two if im lucky.
So I'll catch you guys up on what has happened since my last update(which was the day after my birthday)
Spring Break has come and gone for me and I enjoyed it.
Other then just sleeping and chilling around the house wallowing in my laziness,I went to Downtown Disney where I watched The Haunting in Connecticut. (good movie if you ask me)
We went out to eat at friendly's. The other day(yesterday),I was playing outside and we were tossing the football around and I went to catch the ball and it landed awkwardly on my thumb, I believe I sprained it,cause it hurts like a mother.
Then this week we went to old town,we played lazer tag,played in the arcade,walked around,ate ice cream and drove around all in all its been a good spring break.

My thoughts really......

hmm,...remember in one of my earlier posts I said i wasn't ready for a relationship? well I was right. The sad thing is when i got into the relationship I'm in now I was told by my other that they still loved their ex,like in love. Usually when someone learns this do they back out? well I didn't. As a few weeks passed my other started telling me they loved me and how they were scared cause they were falling in love with me. I of course didn't believe them and I was smart in doing so because now they have how they love their ex all over,and I know i was a fool to even hope they loved me like that,that's why I'm grateful I am not in love with them,do i love them yes but not in love sadly as they wished I was. I guess you could say that this was a mistake on my part,but you live and learn and learning I am.

aight so of course i'm listening to so far gone =]


and i must give you my thoughts on him.
of course we are all familiar with him as jimmy on degrassi.
i first heard the song do what you do on the n website and i read an interview they did with him asking about his music. i went to his myspace as soon as i saw the link.
i heard city is mine and i was instantly a fan.
I friend requested him and was always on the look out for new music.
comeback season was actually the first mixtape of his i downloaded. I listened to it and i was like damn....dude is ill, he became my favorite rapper. of course now i have all his mixtapes and other songs he has released, i love this man, i am and forever will remain a loyal fan.

then there is the issue of people knowing about him, the first people i told were my friends i was like yo you gotta here drake and of course they were all drake bell? HELL NO! aubrey DRAKE graham haha
i was like yo he's gunna be big mark my words, im forever bumping his music and i just wanna shout out to all other loyal drizzy fans.

So after listening to Drakes new mixtape a few(ie 10x's) times. i have to say he did a good job. Me and the cuzzo are going to be bangin this shit for real now haha

ok so the last few days (since wednesday) I have been feeling sick. the other night(tuesday) i went to the hospital to see one of the doctors, but the wait was to long as you might already know. then the next morning i get up to go to my grandparents because i had a doctors appointment. Let's just say i ended up in the back of an ambulance and in the er with an iv(not the worst,not complaining). if you really want to know ask me :P you might be told

So sometime today drake is going to release his next mixtape so far gone. i for one am really stoked that it's finally coming out. I love drake he is my favorite rapper, whoo much success to him can't wait for his album to drop!
